Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist at the USCIS Application Support Center in Santa Rosa, CA. You will warmly greet applicants, guide them through the biometrics process, and ensure smooth facility operations with emphasis on accuracy and security.

This casual on-call role offers daily shifts (7:45am–4:15pm) with compensation at $21.36 per hour, plus potential health/welfare benefits and retirement options. Flexibility is key.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials; US citizenship required for credentials.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Completion of biometrics training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants pursuing legal immigration to the United States.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Assist with crowd control and enforce ASC rules and policies.
• Maintain visitor control logs and process biometric data with care and accuracy.
