Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist at the USCIS Application Support Center to welcome applicants, guide them through biometrics, and ensure compliance with rules while delivering respectful service.

This casual on-call role pays $19.10 per hour under the SCA; candidates must obtain site credentials, be eligible for security checks, and be available Monday through Friday with no guaranteed hours, while benefits include health, retirement, and education support.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain facility credentials; US citizenship required for credentials at this site.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English speaking and writing ability.
• Stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to physically perform fingerprint collection.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with the public.
• Typing and basic computer skills.
• Biometrics training completed and certification within sixty days.

Responsabilités

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration.
• Ensure only approved applicants enter the ASC and assist with crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service as representative of Amentum and the U.S. government.
• Perform biometric processing: fingerprints, photographs, and signatures within processing times.
• Screen applicants with valid appointments and IDs for entry.
• Maintain visitor logs and complete related administrative duties.
