Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration to the United States at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide applicants through biometrics appointments, verify identity, and support staff with a calm, respectful demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain facility credentials; US Citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for the shift and use basic computer skills.
• Biometrics training completed within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Assist in crowd control and enforcing ASC rules and policies.
• Maintain accurate administrative paperwork and visitor logs.
