Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist at the USCIS Application Support Center in Pittsburgh to welcome and guide applicants through biometrics, verify identities, and ensure a respectful, efficient experience.

This on-call hourly role offers a base rate of $18.77 and includes health and welfare benefits under the SCA; hours vary by need, with shifts typically 7:45am–4:15pm, Monday through Friday, and no guaranteed schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Must complete biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Ensure ASC entrants are authorized and guide crowd flow.
• Provide front-line customer service representing the company and the U.S. government.
