Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist at a USCIS Application Support Center in Norfolk. You will greet applicants, guide them through biometrics, verify identity, and collaborate with staff to uphold safety and policy compliance.

This casual on-call role offers training, flexibility, and eligibility for benefits under the SCA; hours are not guaranteed and scheduling varies, with 7:45am–4:15pm shifts Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all ASC entrants are approved applicants and visitors while enforcing ASC rules and policies.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the United States Government.
