Amentum is seeking an On-Call Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to greet and assist applicants at USCIS Application Support Center offices. You will guide biometrics appointments, verify identities, and help ensure a respectful, compliant process.

Training is provided by Amentum. This is an on-call, hourly position under the Service Contract Act (SCA) with a base rate of $19.72 per hour plus potential health and welfare contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.

Responsabilités

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Safeguard Personal Identifiable Information and biometrics data.
