Job summary

Amentum invites applications for an On-Call Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist at USCIS Application Support Centers in the United States. You will greet applicants, guide them through biometrics appointments, verify identity, and assist staff while maintaining courtesy and security standards.

The role is hourly, on-call, and eligible for health benefits and retirement plans. Hours are not guaranteed, with assignments based on need and site coverage policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain facility credentials/authorization.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for shift duration.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Biometrics training provided and certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all entrants are approved applicants and visitors while assisting staff with crowd control and ASC policies.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
