Amentum seeks a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist applicants pursuing legal immigration in the United States at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide them through biometrics appointments with patience and care, handling identity verification and biometric capture while representing the government and contractor with respect.

This casual on-call role offers flexible hours, requires availability Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:15pm, and

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to work with the public in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Ensure entrants have valid appointment notices and IDs.
• Provide front-line customer service as a representative of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Safeguard biometric data and assist in facility checks.
