Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist at a USCIS Application Support Center in Florida. You will greet and assist applicants pursuing lawful immigration, guide them through biometrics appointment, verify identity, and maintain security and courtesy.

This is an hourly, part-time, SCA position with training provided; 20 hours per week typically Mon-Fri 7:45am–4:15pm; benefits include health/welfare, 401(k) and EAP; compensation starts at $18.86 per hour with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials, US Citizenship required.
• Completion of biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Ensure entrants are approved applicants and visitors; assist with crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and US Government.
• Perform quality biometrics processing (fingerprints, photos, signatures).
• Screen applicants with valid appointment notices and IDs.
• Use crowd control barriers to ensure safe entry.
• Manage administrative paperwork and visitor logs.
