Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to greet applicants and guide them through biometrics at the USCIS Application Support Center. This casual on-call role supports coverage Monday through Friday, with no guaranteed hours, focusing on courteous service and security.

Responsibilities include registering biometrics, verifying eligibility, and maintaining logs, while complying with health and safety policies. Training is provided; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform fingerprinting and basic biometrics tasks.
• Complete biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration.
• Ensure all entrants have valid appointment notices and IDs.
• Provide front-line customer service as a representative of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Maintain visitor control logs and assist site staff as needed.
