Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist at a USCIS Application Support Center to welcome applicants pursuing legal immigration, guide them through biometrics, and ensure orderly processing with patience and care. You will perform biometrics collection, verify identities, assist staff, and maintain visitor logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Must obtain facility credentials/authorization (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Biometrics training completed and certified within sixty days.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment with the public.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Ensure only approved applicants enter the ASC and manage crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service on behalf of the U.S. Government.
• Perform biometrics processing including fingerprints, photographs, signatures.
• Maintain visitor logs and complete administrative paperwork.
