Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to assist individuals pursuing legal immigration at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will greet applicants and guide them through biometrics enrollment with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and security.

Responsibilities include biometric processing, intake screening, crowd control, and maintaining visitor logs. The role is an on-call, hourly position under the SCA with benefits and potential 401(k) participation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials; US citizenship required.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for shift duration and work in a high-paced public environment.
• Successful completion of biometrics training and certification within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all ASC entrants are approved applicants and visitors; assist with crowd control and policy enforcement.
• Provide front-line customer service as a representative of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative paperwork as needed.
