IDEMIA Public Security is seeking an Enrollment Agent to support IdentoGO locations, delivering expert customer service while performing fingerprinting and data capture using secure systems. You will verify identities, handle sensitive documents, and maintain compliant daily operations.

The role requires US citizenship, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background screening. Occasional travel to enrollment sites and flexible hours may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Previous experience processing credentials is a plus.
• Evening and weekend work may be required.
• Must be able to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.
• Verify customer identity and scan required documents into database system.
• Complete biometric and data capture processes and paperwork for each applicant.
• Track processing time and ensure applicants are processed in order.
• Capture quality fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet standards.
• Upsell retail products and services where appropriate.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality policies.
