Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to assist applicants at the USCIS Application Support Center in Fort Lauderdale. You will greet individuals, guide them through biometrics, and ensure proper identity verification and secure handling of sensitive information.

The role is on-call and hourly, with benefits and training provided. Candidates must be available five days a week, 7:45am to 4:15pm, and complete biometrics training within sixty days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training within sixty days.
• US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all entrants are approved applicants and visitors while assisting staff with crowd control and policy enforcement.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the United States Government.
• Perform biometrics processing (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) within set times.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative paperwork as needed.
