Job summary

Amentum seeks a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing lawful immigration to the United States. You will guide applicants through biometrics, verify identities, and support urgent processing while maintaining security and courtesy at the USCIS ASC.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials; US Citizenship required for this location.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for full shift and to type.
• Ability to hold applicant's hands to obtain fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking immigration benefits.
• Screen applicants entering the facility to ensure valid appointment and ID.
• Provide front-line customer service representing Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Use crowd control barriers to manage safe, organized entry.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative paperwork as needed.
