Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration to the United States. Based at the USCIS Application Support Center, you will guide applicants through biometric capture, identity verification and related processes with patience and care.

The role is an on-call, hourly position under the SCA. Training is provided, and benefits including health plans and 401(k) may apply.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain facility credentials; US citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Stand for shift duration; ability to handle fingerprints.
• Complete biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Ensure entrants are approved and assist with crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and USCIS.
• Maintain visitor logs and administrative paperwork.
