Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration in the United States. At the USCIS ASC, you will guide applicants through biometric capture and identity verification, with training provided by Amentum.

The role emphasizes respectful, patient interactions and compliance with site policies, while handling administrative tasks and ensuring secure processing of biometrics data.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization; US citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all ASC entrants are approved applicants and visitors while enforcing the rules and policies of the ASC.
• Provide front-line customer service on behalf of Amentum and the United States Government.
• Perform quality biometrics processing including fingerprints, photographs, and signatures within established times.
• Screen applicants to verify appointment notices and identification for entry.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative duties as needed.
