Qualifications

Advanced scientific training, typically a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of the molecular biology of cancer.
Experience in biomarker discovery, development, evaluation, and translation within oncology.
Experience across multiple biomarker modalities: transcriptomics, proteomics, ctDNA, fragmentomics.
Experience with AI, machine learning applied to complex biological/clinical data.
Experience cross-functionally with Medical, AI/Data Science, Product, Clinical, Engineering teams.
Strong strategic judgment to prioritize among scientifically compelling opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead the biomarker platform strategy and architecture across Clinical and Research programs.
Develop a dynamic biomarker prioritization framework grounded in evidence and feasibility.
Review literature and clinical data to reflect the evolving biomarker landscape.
Communicate rationale, evidence, limitations, and uncertainties to stakeholders.
Partner with Medical leadership to translate discoveries into clinical and product applications.
Represent Bios Life's biomarker strategy in external discussions and collaborations.
