Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in computational biology, bioinformatics, machine learning, computational pathology, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of applied pharma/biotech experience with oncology/diagnostics focus.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical/analytical methods for high-dimensional data with AI/ML application.
- Proficiency in GitHub, R Shiny/R Markdown, cloud/HPC environments, and Python.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovation in computational biology and emerging diagnostic technologies.
- Develop and apply advanced analyses to complex clinical, real-world, and high-dimensional datasets.
- Provide scientific leadership for biomarker discovery and diagnostic strategies for patient stratification and therapy development.
- Collaborate across clinical development, translational research, diagnostics, and AI/ML teams.
