Sheridan Group in Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for a day shift (7a–7p), full-time. We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books, catalogs, and printed materials.

You will learn to set up and run bindery processes, monitor quality, and work with a team to reach daily goals. Comprehensive benefits apply after a 30-day period and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry; training provided.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Reliable team player with commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up a perfect binder.
• Keep the binder running smoothly with adjustments and quality checks.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
