Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery. You’ll train to operate high-speed bindery equipment and help produce books and printed materials. The role emphasizes hands-on learning and a long-term career in print manufacturing.

You’ll learn setup, run the binder, monitor quality, and work with a team to meet daily production goals while following safety procedures on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Pride in delivering quality work
• Reliable and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder
• Keep Binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
