Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery. We’ll train you to operate a high-speed binder, set up equipment, and monitor quality on a fast-paced production floor.

No bindery experience required; we train you. You will learn to hit daily production goals, work with a team, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety procedures. This is a full-time daytime shift 7a–7p with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Reliability and ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder.
• Keep Binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
