Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on the day shift to operate high-speed bindery equipment after training. We’ll teach you to set up and run the binder, monitor quality, and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No bindery experience? No problem—this role includes comprehensive on-the-job training, safety-focused practices, and opportunities for career growth with full-time benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.) is a plus.
• Mechanical and able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder.
• Keep binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
