Qualifications

• Experience with bindery equipment setup and operation.
• Ability to set up and adjust multiple stations across machines.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions and specs.
• Knowledge of paper weights, sizes, and colors for machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Operate automatic adhesive binding machines handling collated sheets.
• Make adjustments to coordinate multiple work stations.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity.
