• Thorough knowledge of set up, adjustments, and operation of bindery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines
• Inspect equipment for safety issues
• Operate automatic binding machines with multiple stations and process steps
• Make adjustments to coordinate multiple work stations
• Direct crew through all production steps
• Monitor quality, output and productivity
