You will coordinate with project teams, detailers, and foremen through design review to field implementation, using Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam to drive clash resolution and standardization.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to lead training and adopt new BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes and NEC.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with design, engineering, and field teams.
• 7+ years of BIM/VDC coordination or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Review design documents and coordinates with teams to resolve conflicts.
• Manage detailed 3D Revit models and perform clash detection.
• Develop standardized mark-up procedures for field use.
• Export data to support estimating, takeoff, and prefabrication.
