Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of NEC code and electrical construction.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• 7+ years in BIM/VDC coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review issued design documents for constructability and NEC compliance.
• Manage detailed 3D Revit models and conduct clash detection.
• Standardize mark-up procedures and electrical toolsets for field use.
• Export data to support estimating, takeoff, and prefabrication planning.
• Train foremen and field teams on BIM/VDC deliverables and mark-ups.
• Evaluate BIM/takeoff tech and propose workflow improvements.
