Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Technician in US West to support the delivery of BIM and CAD project documentation. You will work with BIM Technicians, project managers, and engineers to develop coordinated models and drawings, support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, and ensure projects meet standards.

This hybrid role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, experience with ACC/BIM 360, and attention to detail for Model coordination and clash detection.

Qualifications

• Certificate from technical college and 2+ years of relevant experience with AutoCAD/Revit.
• Experience in engineering/contractor industry.
• Familiarity with mechanical, plumbing, electrical design within built environments is preferred.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and CAD drawings.
• Manage ACC/BIM 360 workflows including hosting and publishing.
• Produce accurate 2D documentation and coordinated 3D models.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers for integrated delivery and coordination.
• Convert markups into deliverables.
• Manage drawing production, sheets, and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with BIM/CAD standards.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist with model content, updates, and family management.
• Work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Operate independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
