Zusammenfassung

Stantec is seeking a BIM Technician to support architectural project documentation and multidisciplinary coordination across industrial and manufacturing facilities. You will develop coordinated BIM models and construction documents while collaborating with architects, engineers, and digital delivery teams.

Ideal candidates have strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, familiarity with ACC/Forma, and a detail-oriented approach to maintain BIM standards and model health across the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Experience using Revit and AutoCAD on architectural projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and coordination workflows.
• Ability to interpret markups and deliver accurate documentation.
• Experience with ACC/Forma is preferred; strong model coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Set up and maintain Revit models and AutoCAD drawings per BEP and client standards.
• Produce 2D/3D construction documents and coordinated BIM models.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines for clash-free models.
• Support model coordination, QA/QC, and project data management.
• Utilize ACC/Forma for collaboration and issue tracking throughout the lifecycle.
