Stantec is seeking a BIM Technician in US West to deliver BIM and CAD project documentation. You will work with BIM Technicians, project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to develop coordinated models, support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, and ensure projects meet established standards.

The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, experience with ACC/BIM 360, and expertise in model coordination and clash detection.

Qualificações

• Certificate from technical college with 2+ years of AutoCAD/Revit experience.
• Experience in engineering/contractor industry.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and technology design within built environments.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and CAD drawings per requirements.
• Support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, including publishing and coordination.
• Produce accurate 2D documentation and coordinated 3D models.
• Coordinate with project teams for integrated delivery and clash detection.
• Convert markups into high-quality deliverables and manage sheets/revisions.
• Provide day-to-day AutoCAD/Revit technical support and content management.
