Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Technician in US West to help deliver coordinated BIM and CAD documentation across multiple projects. You will set up and maintain Revit and AutoCAD models, support ACC/BIM 360 workflows, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate, standards-compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Certificate from technical college and at least 2 years of relevant experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 environments preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical and technology design within built environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and CAD drawings.
• Manage workflows within ACC/BIM 360, including publishing and coordination.
• Produce accurate 2D documentation and coordinated 3D models.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers and other disciplines for integrated delivery.
• Convert markups into deliverables and manage drawing production throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with BIM/CAD standards.
