Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Technician in US West to deliver BIM and CAD project documentation. You will collaborate with BIM Technicians, PMs, engineers, and other disciplines to develop coordinated models and drawings while supporting ACC/BIM 360 workflows and ensuring standard compliance.

You will set up and maintain Revit and AutoCAD models, manage coordination across disciplines, and produce high-quality 2D/3D deliverables with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit to produce 2D/3D deliverables.
• Understanding BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 environments and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and CAD drawings.
• Manage ACC/BIM 360 workflows including hosting and coordination.
• Produce accurate 2D documents and 3D models.
• Coordinate with PMs and engineers for integrated delivery.
• Convert markups into high-quality deliverables.
• Manage drawings, sheets, and revisions through project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to BIM/CAD standards.
• Provide day-to-day AutoCAD/Revit support.
• Assist with model content and family management.
• Work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
