Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead digital design initiatives, coordinating BIM models and workflows across project disciplines. You will mentor staff, develop templates, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet standards and client requirements.

Strong expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360 is essential, with familiarity in scripting or Dynamo for workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Familiarity with visual programming (Dynamo) and automation workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities in BIM teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and ensure clash-free integration.
• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit models, templates, and content libraries.
• Create and maintain design models and drawings using BIM/CAD techniques per standards.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve them through appropriate channels.
