Stantec’s Buildings team seeks a BIM Technician to support architectural and multidisciplinary projects across industrial, manufacturing, and facilities sectors. You will develop coordinated BIM/CAD deliverables, coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and process teams, and help implement BIM standards and digital delivery workflows.

You will work with Revit, AutoCAD, ACC/Forma, and cloud collaboration tools to ensure model health, accuracy, and timely delivery on North American

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and digital delivery workflows.

Responsabilités

• Set up, maintain, and update Revit models and AutoCAD drawings per BEPs and standards.
• Produce accurate 2D/3D construction documentation and coordinated models.
• Support model coordination, clash detection, and project data management throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate across architecture, engineering, and technology teams to ensure quality deliverables.
