Job summary

Prism Medical Products, LLC is hiring a Billing Associate to work in-office in Elkin, NC, 8:00am–5:00pm EST. The role focuses on posting payments, auditing patient accounts, and ensuring accurate billing documentation.

You’ll support a fast-paced, patient-centered organization delivering Prism CARE Solutions. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, with preferred Associate/Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills via phone and written communication.
• Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofreading materials.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Posts payments to claims in multiple formats.
• Review accounts for credit balances and process refunds.
• Handle mail processing and document imaging.
• Meet daily deadlines for pre-bill audits and denials resolution.
• Provide excellent phone customer service to patients/clients.
