Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Navigate patient information in operations software and retrieve data.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with professional client care.
• Know products and navigate resources for patient questions.
• Communicate with referring internal contacts about patient files.
• Assist management with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain KPI targets within daily workflow.
