PRISM Home Medical Supply Specialists in Elkin, NC is seeking a Client Operations Team Member to support intake and order processing. You will create and maintain patient files with accuracy, verify insurance details, and ensure timely processing of orders while delivering high-level service to clinicians and patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer focused environment.
• General office skills; typing, filing and answering phones.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains patient files with accuracy and efficiency according to procedures.
• Meet minimum upload standards of 135 per day within 30 days and maintain.
• Review data discrepancies and route to appropriate department.
• Verify patient name, address, and primary insurance to prevent errors.
• Process verified patient orders to ensure timely delivery.
