Job summary

PRISM Home Medical Supply Specialists in Elkin, NC is hiring a Client Operations Team Member to support intake and order processing, ensuring accurate patient files, timely uploads, and correct insurance details. You will communicate with patients and clinicians, maintain data quality, and help deliver medical supplies efficiently.

This full-time, weekday role offers a stable schedule, a casual work environment, and opportunities to grow within the operations team while delivering essential care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer focused/customer service environment.
• General office skills including typing, filing and answering phones.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, or verbally to patients, clinicians, and other team members.
• Be a team member and assist others with duties as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude that enhances the organization's reputation and growth.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety and compliance; report concerns to your manager.
• Perform other duties as requested by management and/or COC.
