Prism Medical Products, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for an in-office role in Elkin, NC. You will audit patient records, evaluate data accuracy, monitor processes, and collect patient feedback to uphold Prism's standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in a customer-focused or customer service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer navigation and data-entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit new and existing patient files to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and document patient feedback, with outreach as a key duty.
• Review audit findings and identify trends for follow-up or process improvement.
• Navigate internal systems to locate, retrieve, and validate information for auditing.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and partners via phone, email, and collaboration tools.
• Support administrative and quality-related projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support quality initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive or challenging situations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to contribute beyond assigned responsibilities and drive improvements.
• Participate in cross-training and provide support to other areas as needed.

Join Our Quality Assurance Team

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting quality initiatives across the organization by auditing patient records, evaluating data accuracy, monitoring processes, and gathering patient feedback. This position helps uphold Prism's standards for quality, compliance, and exceptional customer service while contributing to ongoing operational improvements.

A Day in the Life...

Education & Qualifications
