Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Billing Specialist in Tempe to generate weekly project reports and client-specific invoices, coordinating with project managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years working experience.
• Two or more years in a related administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly invoicing of contracts and Time & Material jobs per PMs instructions.
• Ensure proper documentation for invoicing per SOX controls.
• Self-manage assigned workload distribution.
• Monitor invoicing progress and provide weekly status reports.
• Interact with customer representatives to resolve billing issues.
• Identify process improvements and assist in developing and implementing them.
