Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years in invoicing or similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in records.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices from contracts or purchase orders.
• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies before sending invoices.
• Collaborate with sales, project management and other departments to ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain detailed records of invoices sent and payments received.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and billing issues promptly.
• Assist in generating financial reports related to billing and invoicing.
