The ideal candidate has 3+ years in billing or AR, experience with invoicing software and portals, and strong attention to detail and communication. This hourly position offers negotiable pay based on experience and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or similar administrative experience.
• Experience with invoicing software, accounting systems, or customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices for services rendered to customers.
• Upload invoice information to customer portals and internal systems.
• Provide summary invoices and reports to large customers.
• Review service orders and contracts for proper billing.
• Act as primary contact for customers with billing questions.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist in collections.
• Coordinate with service, sales, and accounting teams for accurate invoicing.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Document customer interactions and ensure procedures are followed.
