Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable or third-party billing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party billing cycle from invoice creation to payment posting and reconciliation.
• Coordinate billing for sponsors including government and employer partners.
• Communicate with payers via email, phone, portals, and in person; follow up on outstanding balances.
• Post, verify and reconcile payments; assist with repayment plans and refunds.
