Job summary

The Diez Group is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare all accounts receivable invoices and support purchasing and accounts payable processes. This role operates in a professional office environment in Michigan.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of billing and AR experience, proficiency with bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office, and strong communication and attention to detail to resolve billing disputes.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years of billing experience.
• Three (3) years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing of freight and other services.
• Bi-Weekly Storage invoicing.
• Monthly special charges for mills.
• Billing all mills for Rejected Material.
• Reconcile Bill of Lading with Purchase Orders to Accounts Payable Invoicing.
• Filing and related administrative duties.
