BrandSafway is seeking a Billing Specialist II to manage complex invoicing, ensure compliance, and support collections. You will work with finance, sales, and customer service to optimize billing processes and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- 2+ years in billing, AR, or finance operations.
- Experience processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Generate and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Verify pricing, discounts, taxes, and contract terms.
- Ensure billing complies with policies and customer agreements.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain billing records in ERP systems.
- Prepare reports on billing activity and outstanding balances.
- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve disputes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Support collections with accurate invoicing documentation.
- Identify and implement billing process improvements.
