Suddath seeks a Billing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for delivery services, warehousing and related charges. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to maintain revenue integrity and adherence to contracts.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ERP/Excel proficiency, and an ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years billing or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices for deliveries, installations and services.
• Review orders, PODs, contracts to ensure billing accuracy.
• Validate accessorial charges and process recurring invoices.
• Ensure invoicing deadlines are met.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams.
• Respond professionally to customer billing inquiries.
