Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Coursework toward a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in customer billing, accounts receivable, or transportation billing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel with lookups, formulas, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to research and relate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze customer invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Manage complex and nonstandard billing activities, including accessorial charges and surcharges.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and under/unbilled transactions.
• Reconcile operational records with invoices and accounting system data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and customer-facing teams to verify services and respond to inquiries.
