Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years in billing.
• Ability to articulate issues and document resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and adjustments on time.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in billing systems.
• Review, verify, and audit billing information for accuracy.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Post payments and adjustments to customer accounts.
• Monitor billing reports for exceptions.
• Assist with collections-related activities and payment tracking.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow billing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
