Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist with construction billing experience to support commercial projects and ensure accurate, timely invoicing and payment processing.

You will prepare progress billings, verify project milestones with PMs, manage pay apps, and monitor receivables to drive steady cash flow while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction billing, subcontractor billing, accounts receivable, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of progress billing, pay applications, and construction invoicing processes.
• Experience with AIA billing (G702/G703), lien waivers, retention, and change orders is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with construction, ERP, or project management software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities
