Qualifications

• 6+ months of billing experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ADP, BambooHR, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process billing-related transactions and maintain accurate account records.
• Review and update customer account information within internal systems.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding billing matters.
• Support payment processing and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor account activity and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation and ensure records are organized and up to date.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
